The exterior design took into careful consideration the flow of traffic from Hikarigaoka Station and the visibility of the building's location at a transportation hub. The bold vertical lattice on the exterior walls creates a seamless connection with the tree-lined street that continues from the station. The base expresses a sense of solidity, while the upper floors create a floating feeling with a two-block volume. The design goes beyond conventional concepts of apartment architecture to create a presence befitting this town.
